Brand Introduction
It’s Still Coffee is the dream and vision of Jett Wasson. Jett’s been in coffee for a long time and Still is where he wants to stay. It’s Still Coffee highlights connection, collaboration, and curiosity. Jett is always sharing experiences, coffee, and ideas with friends and competitors. Still celebrates the diversity we find in coffee, from your classic Washed Colombian to that wild Pineapple Co-ferment Guatemalan that tastes like juice.
PROCESS PHASE 1
Exploration
The exploration for Still was pretty fast and the visual development for the brand fell into place within a couple of days. Jett had a strong idea of how he wanted still to feel and what he wanted to communicate through the brand. So, coming up with a visual strategy was relatively simple.
We wanted Still to feel elevated but not untouchable. Overall, it feels premium and design forward but with a tangible sense of soul.
PROCESS PHASE 2
Word Mark
The word mark for is inspired by Montserrat Alternates. A friendly but elevated type that I customized to mirror the movement found in the logo mark. You’ll see the slight curves and wavy shape design in the t, f, and e especially. We’re all really happy with how this turned out and how it looks with the logo mark.

Logo Mark
The logo mark is inspired from the shape pattern in a zen garden. We wanted the s to feel fluid and lively.
